Terms & Conditions for 2024

All dance classes can involve the risk of personal injury. While TDS takes all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, both online and in the studios, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused during classes or whilst students are at or near the dance studio. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit for the class and during the class you must take care of your own personal safety at all times. In the event of any failure to comply with any of the terms, conditions, codes or policies referred to the 2024 Toepaz Dance Studio Terms & Conditions, Toepaz Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel the students enrolment & in this situation any fees paid or payable will not be refunded.
